Easy Returns Within 7 Days

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product meets our return conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

• The product should be in the same condition as received.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products based on availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose another available product or receive a refund/store credit as applicable.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product reaches us, our quality team will inspect it.

After successful verification:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer/UPI after receiving the required details.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Return Shipping Charges

• Manufacturing defect

→ Orhnaa will arrange the return pickup.

For reasons like:

• Size issue

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

→ Return shipping charges may be applicable and deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged / Incorrect Product Received

We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Order number

• Images/videos of the product

• Packaging images

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever happens earlier.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Products purchased under final sale/clearance offers

• Customized or personalized products

• Products damaged due to customer handling

• Items returned without original tags or packaging
